1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service, website, or programme offered by Advent Global Services Limited (“AdventGS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of our services immediately. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Our Services

AdventGS provides IT consulting, digital transformation, staffing solutions, business process management, cloud services, cybersecurity advisory, and professional training and events. The specific scope of services is defined in each engagement agreement or programme registration.

• All services are provided on a professional basis and subject to applicable service agreements.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion with reasonable notice.
• Training and event registration is subject to availability and our registration terms.

3. Your Obligations

When using our services or engaging with our platforms, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering or contacting us.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems, data, or infrastructure.
• Not reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or commercialise any of our proprietary materials without prior written consent.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any credentials issued to you for our platforms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and platforms — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, training materials, and software — is the exclusive property of Advent Global Services Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our materials without explicit written permission.

5. Confidentiality

In the course of our engagements, both parties may receive or have access to confidential information. Each party agrees to keep such information strictly confidential, to use it only for the purposes of the engagement, and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AdventGS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total aggregate liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to AdventGS in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have violated these terms.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these terms immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
