  • Contact forms: First name, last name, email, phone, company, service of interest, budget range, and your message.
  • Event registration: Full name, email, phone, organisation, role, and qualifications you provide.
  • Training registration: Full name, email, and phone to register interest in a programme.
  • Women in Tech programme: Contact details, organisation, role, and motivation statement.
  • Account creation: Full name, email, and password (hashed — never stored in plain text).
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and timestamps — collected automatically for security and analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data to:

  • Respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request.
  • Process registrations for events, training programmes, and the Women in Tech initiative.
  • Send confirmation emails and relevant programme updates.
  • Administer your account on our management platform.
  • Improve our website, services, and user experience.
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: Trusted third-party vendors who assist in delivering our services (e.g. email delivery, hosting), bound by strict data processing agreements.
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, court order, or government authority.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate data protections in place.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months. Registration records are retained for the duration of the programme plus 24 months.

When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

  • Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests.

8. Security

While we take reasonable precautions, no transmission over the internet is completely secure. We encourage you to protect your account credentials and notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
